COMPREHENSIVE THIRD PARTY LIABILITY (CTPL)
Coverage against Death and/or Bodily injury caused to any Third Party in an accident caused by or arising out of the use of insured vehicle. Furthermore, this coverage is subject to the schedule of indemnities and is a prerequisite in the registration of vehicles.
EXCESS BODILY INJURY (EBI)
Coverage of the insured vehicle and its accessories and parts against physical damage, accidental collision, overturning, fire or malicious act.
OWN DAMAGE (OD)
Additional coverage in excess of CTPL against Death and/or Bodily injury caused to any third party in an accident caused by or arising out of the use of the insured vehicle.
THIRD PARTY PROPERTY DAMAGE (TPPD)
Coverage against damage to Third Party property in an accident caused by and/or arising out of the use of the insured vehicle, provided that the insured’s liability shall have first been determined.
